This policy overrides any other agreement regarding deposits either given verbally or in writing .
SECURITY DEPOSITS: If the EVENT(S) are postponed, or cancelled, the security deposit paid (if applicable) will only be refunded at the discretion of the COMPANY. If the EVENT(S) are rescheduled then no refund will be made. If the client decides to cancel for any other reason it is at the discretion of the COMPANY if a deposit is to be refunded. Any deposit not refunded shall be liquidated damages to The COMPANY in the event of a breach of contract by the CLIENT. The CLIENT shall also be responsible for payment for any of the COMPANY's materials charges incurred up to time of cancellation.
